When will you ship my order?
We ship it within 24 hours.

Will I get an email with my order info?
Yes! You will get an email when you order. 

Can I cancel my order?
You can send it back and get a FULL refund.

How do I return/exchange my order?
We want you to be happy. If you don't like our products, we will give you all your money back.

Step 1: Email us your order # and name.
- Use (Refund Request) as subject
- Say what product and why you want to return it

Step 2: We will email you back (in 24 hours) with our address to mail your product back.

Step 3: Mail your product back to us. We will look at it when we get it.

Step 4: If it's good, we will give you all your money back plus $5 (sorry :D) You will get an email with the details and the money in your account :)

What can I pay with?
We take all major credit cards from any country like:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.

Do I pay extra fees?
No, we don't charge any extra fees.

My order is not working, what do I do?
Check that your billing address matches your credit card.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free everywhere for orders over $29.99 usd! If not, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Who will bring my order?
Canada Post for Canada. E-packet or Korea Post for US. Korea Post, e-packet, or local mail for other countries.

How fast is shipping?
